Job Description
To take charge and service existing corporate self driven and chauffeur driven clients and also acquire new sales in these 2 areas. Includes cold calling new and existing companies, show and test drive car with customers, collect payment, answer all customer queries. Dreamers who wish to join us and 'wait for clients to walk-in' need not apply. This is an Outdoor sales job, NOT Retail sales. We only want individuals who can create and add value to our existing clientale and grow the business.

Criteria
At least 3 years of working experience in any Sales industry
Young, Energetic, Pleasant & Courteous
Good Communication & Social Skills
Must be willing to cold calls
Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint
Car provided during office hours
Qualification : Minimum 'O' Levels
Car rental industry Sales experience a PLUS

Job Description
To take charge and service existing chauffeur driven clients and also work on large projects.

Its a 50% Sales, 40% Operations and 10% Admin kind of Job.  

For Sales, it entails cold calling any corporate customers who may require chauffeur driven services. Our products include providing limousine, valet or just chauffeur only services. Sending quotations, preparing powerpoint presentations, explaining operational workflow to our customers and collection of deposits etc.

Operations entails working with our Ops Personnel to make sure that the cars requisited are delivered on time and at the correct venue. Involvement also extends to running large MICE events like MTV Asia, World Bank, Asean Summit, IOC Meeting, Singapore Airshow etc. where we run most of the Event's Transport Operations. Can range from recruiting chauffeurs to drive sponsored vehicles, valet parking, traffic control, shuttle services etc...

Admin involves orgainsation of paperwork, collection of payment (most important).

Must be willing to work long hours. This Job will ensure you have NO SOCIAL LIFE even if you have a vibrant one now esp when an event is running

Job Description
To head operations in our Transport Solutions Division. He/She will manage all our operations staff and chauffeurs. He/She will lead, manage and organise people to handle all MICE events of any scale. To attend meetings with our Head of TSD, explain logistic arrangements, plan, organise and deploy people at various locations to man ops desks and as a liasing pt for our customers.

During 'low season' days, this ops manager will manage certain key accounts in the company.

Criteria
At least 8 years of working experience in the MICE or Logistics industry
Mature, Energetic, Pleasant & Courteous
Must be willing to work long hours
Good Communication & Social Skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
