Job Description This is a 100% admin job. The candidate is required to support the Head of Sales and all Account/Project managers in the dept. The job entails answering customer enquiries and complaints, generating rental agreements, arranging for cars to be returned and delivered and sending out quotations.
You will hardly be required to work overtime. Strictly office hours only.
Criteria At least 2 years of working experience as a secretary or a administrator in any company. Must have initiative to do and complete all tasks in the job. Mature, Energetic, Pleasant & Courteous and Patience Good Communication & Social Skills Proficient in MS Word / Excel Qualification : Minimum '0' Levels
